At Shawon Tech, we always try to deliver original and quality gadgets and mobile accessories. However, if you face any problem with your order, you can request a return or replacement under the conditions below.
We accept return or replacement only if:
Product is damaged during delivery
Wrong product was delivered
Product has manufacturing defect
Product is not working properly (on delivery time)
Customer must inform us within 24 hours after delivery.
Return / Refund will not be accepted if:
Customer changed mind after order
Product used / scratched / broken by customer
Physical damage after delivery
Without original box / accessories
Discount / offer / clearance products (if mentioned)
Customer must check the product in front of the delivery person.
After delivery is completed, Shawon Tech may not take responsibility for damage claims.
We normally do not give cash refund.
We provide:
Replacement
Exchange
Store credit (if applicable)
Refund may be given only if replacement is not available.
If refund is approved, it may take 3–7 working days depending on payment method.
Delivery charge is not refundable.
If customer wants return without valid reason, delivery cost must be paid by customer.
